"Uh...where is she??"

...is exactly what I said to Billie when I saw this...
...where Brigham was supposed to be!!
Then, I promptly looked over the coffee table and to my right to find the little stinker crawled backwards as far as she could go and was just watching a little t.v.
Gazed upon the t.v. still! Her little tummy was cold when I picked her up!
So, needless to say, we continued this game of her going backwards and us moving her back to her pallet for the rest of our dinner :)

Love you sweet back-trackin' baby of mine!!

Bye-Bye!

"Bye-bye" is my little smarty pants' latest and greatest! She can sometimes put the word with the motion of waving! Pretty impressive if you ask her Momma! :) Here she is just babbling it, though!

Taking advantage...

of the pretty days before this Texas weather turns on us, again! Brigham loves being outside and all the scenery there is to look at (I'm sure it is nice to look at something other than the inside of the house all day :) Here is my little love bug all bundled for our walk!
I had to snap this picture pretty darn quick...as soon as I would get those glasses on she was pulling them off! And for those of you who know Brigham, you know how she loves her some glasses!

Cowboys Game!

A couple of weekends ago, Billie and I got a chance to go to the play-off game along with Ben and Liz, and Joy and Dickie! It was awesome! This was our first time in the stadium and we were amazed...and a plus, THEY WON!!! This was probably the best business meeting I've ever been to (even though it was for the boys, and the wives, luckily, got to come along)!

Romo IS my hero!

Me and the Hubbs!
Me and Preggo
I find them to be more entertaining at times!

The only downside to this whole thing was the fact we had to leave my sweet Brigham behind, especially since she is in a VERY clingy stage and does not want me to be out of her sight!! But, I know she had a good time with her Aunt Emm and then Jujie and GrandPop!
And thank you to the boys for giving us the opportunity to go to this game!!!

Scootin' along...

Brigham is scooting backwards and turning in circles! I don't think it will be long before we have a full blown crawler! I'm a little scared...this little baby is a busy thing just being stationary...I can only imagine crawling :) I'm ready for ya little girl!

No scooting pics...just some randoms!

Her favorite toy, the remote! (why do we buy toys, seriously??)

Love those sweet baby eyes

Happy Baby

She loves books!

...and her new baby doll! When did I get so weak?? I told my self she was gonna be a no baby doll or Barbie baby, hmmm...she wins!

Playing tug-o-war with Coco...they have a new found love for one another

...and the remote, again!

Baby Dedication

Today, Sunday, January 17, 2010, Billie and I dedicated our sweet baby to our Lord. This is one of the easiest and hardest things you will ever have to do as a parent. Easy for the obvious reason that Brigham is a child of God and a gift to us, she belongs to Him and we would not want this any other way. He is her creator, protector, and Saviour and it is our hopes for her that one day she will accept Jesus as her Lord and Saviour and know that He died on the cross for her sins for her to have eternal life. Though, until then, we have placed her in His hands. Hard, for the fact that it is difficult to grasp the concept that anyone could ever love her more than Billie and I do, or protect, guide, and comfort her like we know we will do with all the power we have! (I know this is an obvious one, but still, as Mommies and Daddies we like to think we can give them the world and more ;) But, we know fully in our hearts that God is the center of each of our lives and through Him we can have ease at knowing it is much easier for Him to take her in His arms and protect her eternally and take the "hard" part away from us as parents knowing he has an ultimate plan for her life. We gave Brigham to God the moment she was born, this was just our statement declaring this publicly for all to see and witness this action, just as we take part in Baptism to declare our faith to others.

We appreciate everyone that came! It meant so much for you all (Grandpop and Jujie, B-Paw and Lovie, Aunt Liz and Uncle Ben, Aunt Emm, Mamaw and Papaw, Aunt Amy and family, Nana and Clark, Bri and Ryan) to be there for our family at this very special time in our lives! We love you all!!!

(Sorry, no pics just yet, but I can assure you Brigham looked A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E. ;)
